The booking classes to which the airfares
are quoted are indicative and cannot be guaranteed by P &
P Associates LTD trading as sa2.co.uk. If in doubt, the
user of the website should contact the ticketing advice line
advertised on the footer of the site.
P & P Associates LTD trading as sa2.co.uk
is the appointed UK travel agent of P & P Associates LTD
trading as sa2.co.uk and other travel suppliers. The terms
and conditions imposed by these suppliers should be considered
as applied to your contract with P & P Associates LTD
trading as sa2.co.uk. Please contact the appropriate supplier
for details of their terms and conditions. Purchase of an
airline ticket does not guarantee you a seat on a specified
aircraft. Airline overbooking policy often results in failure
of the carrier to provide a seat on a booked flight for a
passenger holding a confirmed ticket. Please contact individual
carriers for full details of their overbooking and compensation
policy. Purchase of air tickets may involve restricted refund.
Tickets are sold to credit card holders only. Credit card
information is validated prior to the transaction being finalised.
Despatch address for tickets must be the same as billing address
for the card. Air tickets have value and should be treated
like cash. Never destroy tickets which are not required or
are unused. This may involve a loss of otherwise refundable
costs. Any unused tickets should be returned to P & P
Associates LTD trading as sa2.co.uk, Unit 17 Blackpool Business

Tickets returned more than 60 days after travel was due to
commence will have no refund value. All refunded tickets will
be credited to the card which was initially billed for the
cost, less an administrative fee which is currently set at
£25.00 per ticket. This fee is variable without prior
notice. The carrying of appropriate travel documents, including
valid passport and where appropriate the necessary visas,
is the responsibility of the traveller. P & P Associates

for any and all costs incurred in the case that a traveller
or party are denied boarding to an aircraft, or denied entry
to a country because the traveller or party is not in possession
of the appropriate documentation. Full details of passport

requested in writing from P & P Associates LTD trading
as sa2.co.uk and at various web sites. Travel insurance
is highly recommended. P & P Associates LTD trading as
sa2.co.uk can provide cover for most journeys and most risks.

and third party providers and distributors do not warrant
the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose of any of the content or data found on

be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special,
exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of
any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits or lost

delay (including, but not limited to the use of or inability
to use any component of this site for reservations or ticketing),

even if such party has been advised of the possibility of
such damages, or for any other party. Some states do not allow
the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion
of liability for incidental and consequential damages, so
the above exclusion may not apply to you. If, notwithstanding

or any third party provider or distributor should be found
liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in
any way connected with any of the above described functions
or uses of this site or its content, P & P Associates

distributor's liability shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate,
the subscription fee and service charge for accessing this
site with respect to which liability is found. In its sole
discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available

agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof,
and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether
oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not
be amended or modified except in writing.
